Everyone has their own story and I want to know yours. We'll discuss where you are now, what you want to achieve, what's holding you back, and then together we make a plan to get you there.

I know gyms can be daunting and getting started, intimidating. With me you will never need to wonder what to do, or if you are doing the right things for your body.

Amber Cloney

I wanted to create a safe space where people could enjoy working out and moving their body, to ask questions, challenge themselves, see potential in themselves. I have always felt the fitness industry is focused on the super fit, in shape, confident, and competent people. But there is a gap for those who don’t feel confident in a big group environment, or working out by themselves, who don’t know what they should be doing, want support, and a team around them to ensure their success.

My goal has always been to take them from shy, unconfident, and unsure around exercise, to teach my clients to trust their body and see their potential. Ultimately I want my clients to LOVE training and look forward to coming each week. 

 

I grew up in Auckland and studied a BSc before doing a Diploma in personal training in 2010.  I have been training people one to one and in small groups ALL over the world since. This experience has taught me how to work with a range of ages, body shapes, injuries, experiences, and cultures.

Groups are limited to six people.  Perfect for ALL abilities, wear comfy clothes and come ready for pure relaxation bliss.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Completely personalised to your needs.  A great place to start for those with injuries, new to training, or scared of feeling out of place in a gym environment. Can be the perfect stepping stone to group training.

Groups are limited to three people. Based on your needs and availability, I will group you with like-minded people.  Alternatively, get your friends together and make your own group!

I believe strength training is incredibly empowering. 

Women are SO often told by society that they are weak, incapable, small, and shouldn’t take up space. 

Strength training shows you that you can do things you never even dreamed of before. You have potential, you can grow, develop, challenge yourself, learn new skills, recover injuries, and love the journey.

Yoga

TIME OUT

Yoga is total relaxation and time out for you.

We live in a fast-paced, stressful environment, so much focused on doing, moving, comparing, and bettering. We need a chance to stop, and just be. 

 

Yoga is your permission to switch off. 

No one is looking at you (except me). Your flexibility, strength and mobility don’t matter. Come to relax!
